During the Iraqi war, semi-trained – non-quaified – yoga teachers held impromptu classes for soldiers on Army bases in Iraq – fairly constantly too, so they could relieve tension and stress.

I sit here in a new world realizing that I have discovered something that was right in front of my face, but I was programmed to ignore it. Live, organic/wild foods are full of the things that your body needs to live -including calories. You have to eat your vegetables, but you have to eat them raw, or mostly raw.

While I was hunting I began leading classes at the park, lucky for me the weather was amazing! No one really seemed to mind this, especially when I told them I was working on getting my own place! To say that the people who attended my classes during this whole time were loyal and wonderful would be a major understatement. I was (and still am) truly blessed to have (had) every single one of them!
