TCTV features women who are courageously defying social pressures, breaking out of the box and living the lives they really want. TCTV offers inspiring and empowering programs showing how women, at any stage or circumstance, can start living happier, more authentic, creative and fulfilling lives! Though True Colors TV is not specifically about yoga, it is our experience that yoga is a way for people to find their greater purpose in life. True Colors TV showcases women who are living their greater purpose.

If my 30s have represented anything, it has been personal growth. And as I’ve grown, it has become clearer that our present reality is the result of our choices, that every life experience contributes something to who we are today. If someone had told me at 30, amidst an identity crisis and a divorce, that six years later I would be starting an online resource for women, I would have laughed out loud! What, afterall, did I have to offer other women? Now, looking back, I understand that I’ve learned from my past experiences, both my successes and, more importantly, my failures.

My path hasn’t always been easy an one. A painful divorce, a failed first business venture, a disillusioned spiritual quest to India and years of therapy have marked the way. But my experiences also led me to develop my own daily spiritual practice, gain experience operating both non-profit and for-profit companies and to ultimately discover a passion for conscious filmmaking. So, while my story has had a number of setbacks, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. It’s mine. I’m grateful that it has molded me into the woman I am today, one who is passionate and prepared, one who is ready to pour herself into her own online video network.

Each of my experiences, especially the painful ones, have brought me to this beautiful place in life where I finally love myself and love my life, have wisdom to share and am faithfully following my passions. I am filled with gratitude on a daily basis for all that surrounds me, nurtures my spirit and for the unexpected teachers that continuously cross my path.
